- Cynthia Briggs Kittredge of the Episcopal Theological Seminary of the Southwest
Hooray for the diminution of secrecy.
As I wrote before, let us keep them in our prayers. And let's leave them alone to do their work.

I know John Goldingay personally. He is a self-centred man capable of extremely cold-hearted deeds (he once hurt of friend of mine very badly in deed). He does not brook contradiction. He throws his weight around to get his own way and in speaking and writing has the diplomacy and tact of a house brick. He is also the most unimaginative theologian I have ever known.
